Reading the almanac in the newspaper today, I noticed something interesting and theatrical.Arthur Miller's Death of a Salesman opened 59 years ago today -- Feb. 10, 1949 -- at Broadway's Morosco Theater.And Arthur Miller died three years ago today -- Feb. 10, 2005 -- at age 89.In honor of this curious chronology, here's a scene from the 1966 broadcast of Salesman on CBS starring Lee J.
